1. 电场/应变/成分驱动多铁、铁电氧化物的相变及物性研究

2. 铁性材料中的畴壁构建及新颖物性

3. 功能性氧化物材料集成于硅基底的技术途径

4. 室温电场调控磁性/交换偏置

Research Interests

1. Electric field/Strain/Composition driven phase transition in functional oxides

2. Domain wall engineering and magnetism in ferroic thin films

3. Integration of multifunctional oxides with Sillion for device application

4. Room temperature electric field control of exchange bias/magnetism
