Summary (简介)
Research Areas: (1) Designing novel crystal structures for ferroelectrics, and investigating the correlations between crystal structures, polarization, dielectric, and piezoelectric properties; (2) Probing the charge transport and photoelectric phenomena in ferroelectric thin films; (3) Developing functional devices based on ferroelectric and piezoelectric materials, such as memories and sensors.
研究领域:(1)铁电材料的结构设计,以及结构与电极化、介电、压电等性能之间的相互关联;(2)铁电薄膜中的电输运、光电转换等现象;(3)基于铁/压电材料的功能性器件,如储存器、传感器等。
Scientific achievements: Having published >10 papers in the high-impact journals (e.g., Phys. Rev. Appl., Appl. Phys. Lett., and Prog. Mater. Sci.) as a first/corresponding author. The total number of citations is >300, and the H-index is 8.
学术成果:以第一/通讯作者身份在Phys. Rev. Appl., Appl. Phys. Lett., Prog. Mater. Sci.等国际权威期刊发表SCI论文10余篇,被引用400余次, H-指数为9。
