窦盈莹，1988年生，山东省人。
2010年6月毕业于山东大学，获学士学位证书；2013年毕业于山东大学，获硕士研究生。
研究方向
生物表面活性剂糖苷、多肽分别与传统表面活性剂在水溶液中的相互作用。通过核磁、电镜、流变等手段对生物复配体系水溶液中形成的聚集体，如囊泡、层状相、纳米管、纳米带等进行结构的表征、机理的探究及应用的探索。
